Butchering a whole animal is a fading art. Our approach is mixing old-school knowledge with modern-day techniques.
– Cutting and wrapping, $.70 per pound.
– Mobile Slaughter service available to most areas.
– $120 mobile slaughter service charge for a single animal.
– Unpenned or hard-to-access animals are subject to a $50/hr. ‘this-is-taking-longer-than-it-should fee’
BEEF
($120 for a single beef)
Mobile Slaughter: (all prices reflect more than one beef and weights reflect hanging weight)
-$100/animal less than 600 lbs.
-$120/animal weighing 601-800 lbs.
-$140/animal weighing 801-1,000 lbs.
-$180/animal weighing 1,001+ lbs.
Cutting and Wrapping – $0.70/lb
Hamburger Patties (includes vacuum packing) – $2.00/lb
Disposal Fee – $20/animal
HOGS
($120 for a single hog)
Mobile Slaughter: (all prices reflect more than one hog)
– $80 per hog.
– $100 per hog over 300 lbs.
Cutting and Wrapping – $0.70 a lb.
House-Cured, Smoked, and Sliced Bacon – $3.00 lb.
Peppered Bacon – $3.50 lb.
House-Cured, Smoked Ham – $1.50 lb.
Bulk Breakfast or Italian Sausage – $1.50 lb.
Linked, Fresh Bratwurst – $3.00 a lb.
Disposal Fee – $10/animal
Goats / Lamb / Sheep / Alpaca
($120 for a single animal)
Mobile Slaughter: (price reflects more than one animal)
– $60 per animal
Cutting and Wrapping:
– $40 per animal less than 40 lbs.
– $50 per animal 41-60 lbs.
– $60 per animal 61-80 lbs.
– $70 per animal 81-100 lbs.
– $0.70 a lb for animals weighing more than 101 lbs.
